Safety Awareness Focus Week

During Safety Awareness Focus Week, the children learned how to keep themselves and others safe. We hosted lots of visitors, including the local police, the Middlesex University Nursing Team, Jigsaw Medical paramedics and the RNLI. The Year 2 class also visited the Safety Centre in Milton Keynes to experience real life interactive safety simulations. Over the week, the children learned all about fire, water, road, household product, electrical and e-safety. They also learned how to call the emergency services and how to administer CPR and First Aid.  The children thoroughly enjoyed all the different activities and learned some vital lifelong skills.
